Ordering Methods
For your convenience, you may order online for the ultimate in speedy, accurate service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card purchase is approved at the time your order is placed, but the actual charge is not processed until the time at which your order is shipped.
You can phone to order by calling toll free 1-866-841-BRAS (-2727) Monday through Saturday, 10:00A-6:30P CST. If calling at other times, please leave a message and we will contact you at the beginning of the following business day to obtain the details of your order.
The Lingerie Store USA offers 24-hour shipping on all products. Occasionally, a color or size selection may be temporarily unavailable. You will be contacted at the time your order is placed and informed of the approximate shipping time on the backordered item. If one or more of your selections are temporarily unavailable, we will immediately ship those items that are available and notify you of the shipping time for the backordered items. On orders qualifying for free shipping, there are no charges for subsequent shipments of backordered items. On orders that do incur a shipping charge, there will be no charge for shipping backordered items. Your credit card is not charged for any items that are backordered until the backordered item is available and processed for shipping.
Our inventories are replenished on a weekly basis. Backorders typically are shipped within 7-14 days from the date your order is placed and are handled on a priority basis. When your backorder is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order is delayed beyond the anticipated shipping time, we will contact you with details. At that time, you can approve the delay or take the opportunity to substitute styles, colors or to cancel the balance of your order.

In most cases, special orders can be placed for items that are not found on our website. If you would like to order or obtain assistance in ordering a special item, please contact us at 1-866-841-BRAS (-2727) or email us at info@thelingeriestoreusa.com and we will assist you with your request.
To cancel an existing order please contact customer service at 1-866-841-BRAS (-2727) or email us at customerservice@thelingeriestoreusa.com . Please include your order number. An order can be cancelled at any time prior to the time of shipping and no charges will be incurred. Orders cancelled after the order is charged and shipped will be credited, upon return of the package, for the cost of the merchandise only and not the shipping costs.
If an order is re-opened within thirty days of the original order date, no additional action is required other than your request to re-open. If an order is re-opened after thirty days of the original order date, your credit card information will be required. Please contact us at 1-866-841-BRAS (-2727) to re-open your order.
Sales tax is charged for customers located in the state of Oklahoma only. The sales tax rate is 8.5% and is automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Gift wrapping is available for a charge of $3.00 per package. Your gift item(s) is covered in tissue and wrapped in a black, purple or red box and then tied with a complementary colored satin gift ribbon. Your order will contain a field for conveying a message to the gift recipient. The message is copied to a small gift card and attached to the gift box. Gifts are shipped in an unmarked box with the return address label headed TLS USA.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $50.00 being shipped via standard shipping (4-7 days) within the United States. On orders over $50.00 requesting special shipping other than standard shipping, orders $50.00 or under and international orders, the shipping charges are as follows:
-U.S. orders of $50 or less ($6.00)

-FedEx Second Day Air $15-$24 based on weight and destination (2 business days)
-FedEx Overnight $21-$50 based on weight and destination (1 business day)

We usually ship in-stock items on the day your order is received. Orders received after 4:00PM CST may be shipped the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation that includes the details of your order and your shipping information including method of shipping, shipping carrier and tracking number. Using the tracking number, you can track your order by going to www.usps.com if your order was shipped via U.S. Postal Service or www.fedex.com if your order was shipped via FedEx. Tracking information on packages shipped via USPS may not be available for the first 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation by email. If after 48 hours you are still unable to track your package, please contact us toll free at 1-866-841-2727.
International Orders
We do accept international orders. Prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars and shipping costs are estimated based upon the destination. The Lingerie Store USA does not include nor pre-pay any duties or taxes levied by the destination country. Duties and taxes must be paid by the customer at the time the order is delivered. On orders that are returned by customs officials to The Lingerie Store USA due to non-pickup by the customer, the merchandise will be credited to the customer’s credit card with a deduction for any unpaid duties or taxes assessed by the destination country’s customs agency.
Return Policy
We hope that the items you select will fully meet your standards, but realize that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within thirty (30) days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be made to the original credit card within 1-2 days from the receipt of your returned package. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
In your package you will find a return and exchange form along with a return mailing label. To return an item, fill out the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning and state whether you would like to exchange for another item or have the returned item credited to your charge card. You will be notified by email when your returned package is received and the credit processed to your charge card account. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

Make sure that all tags are attached and that the item(s) is returned in the same or similar packaging as it was received so that the merchandise is adequately protected and not damaged or miss-shaped in the return. Delicately molded bras will be damaged if not shipped in a protective container. To insure full credit, ship all bras in protective packaging.
Intimate garments containing a crotch cannot, by law, be returned once they have been worn or tried on. To protect the garment and to insure credit if the item is returned, we suggest you try these items on over your underwear. Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. Also, do not try on your purchase in the presence of cigarette smoke. These can leave permanent marks or scents, which will make the item, non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the requirements stated above or do not meet hygiene and health regulations.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within 1-2 days after the receipt of your return. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal value, there is no charge to ship the replacement item to you. If additional exchanges are required, you will be charged for shipping.
In the unlikely event that you have been sent the incorrect merchandise or if you received defective merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
Exchange Policy
We will pay the re-shipping cost of the exchanged merchandise on the initial exchange. Additional exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your original order and the returning of merchandise for one or more items decreases your order total to below the amount that qualifies you for free shipping, $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund.
Bra and Bra Fitting Questions
We pride ourselves in being able to find the most comfortable and best fitting bra for our customers. Our “Fitting” section will provide you with detailed information on establishing your correct size while our product information and details fully explain the product features and fit considerations. After receiving your order and trying your new purchase on in the comfort of your home, we are available to answer any questions you may have. Our trained and experienced fitters will be happy to discuss your selection and make any suggestions on adjustments in sizing.
