Excellent service! One of my items was on backorder and I was notified immediately. They shipped the item that was available. I was told when the other item would be available and it shipped on schedule. The prices were excellent. I definitely plan to order from them again.
I can't believe how wonderful and easy this experience was for me especially since I'm in Australia and changed my delivery address twice as well as my bra size - nothing was a problem for them, they were more than happy to accommodate and certainly impressed me. I highly recommend Lingerie Store USA to everyone who is looking for that perfect bra and who wants to have Extreme Genuine Customer Service. They kept me well informed of every detail. Best price on the internet because their shipping prices are reasonable. I appreciated receiving my purchase in a plain padded manila envelope, with a discreet return address. I also liked having my lingerie wrapped in pretty pink tissue paper rather than plastic. I would buy again from this merchant.
I would recommend Lingerie Store USA to anyone who has had a favorite bra disappear off the shelves. I found the only kind of bra I ever wear at this site and no where else. I paid a little more than I did in the store but it was worth having something I knew I would get excellent use out of. They sent my order promptly and I received it in a timely manner. Ive ordered from them twice and was very pleased both times.

I am very happy with my online shopping experience with the Lingerie Store. I found their site very helpful, particularly with sizing. The item I purchased was just as described (including as comfortable)and arrived 7 days after being mailed (USA to Australia). I was provided with a Return Mailing Label and instructions for returning the bra should I have any concerns regarding the fit.....which I don't. I am a very happy customer and will be back!!
I looked at a couple of different websites for the product I was looking for and most other sites had it backordered or were looking at a 6-week delay. I placed my order online with the Lingerie store and expected to receive a backorder notice, but instead I received a confirmation of delivery within 24-hours! In addition, they made it very easy to receive free shipping! I will only shop at this lingerie website from now on!

Great vendor. When an item I ordered was out of stock, this vendor promptly notified me by phone, asked what - if any - alternative I wanted (and gave suggestions) and filled my order straight away. I took a leap of faith, There were other stores online that I had ordered from with splashy websites. But I knew what I needed and was very pleased both with the price of the merchandise, free shipping, confirmations of order/shipping and ultimately the quality of the merchandise. My order came unwrapped except for the tissue around it - but for the price etc.- if it bugs you - wash before use.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how spectacular I think your company is. I ordered this bra for my matron of honor as a gift, I could not really find it at a store. I already have one and it is amazing so she borrows it from time to time and I decided to buy her her own. When she got it it was too tight and only recently she found out what her proper size was. She took a chance and returned it. Your company sent her out the proper size within 4 days!!!!!! I still don't understand how you did all that so fast, no questions asked!!!!! My experience with The Lingerie Store has been better than fantastic - I was contacted immediately and offered an alternative when the item I wanted was not in stock and when my order was about to be shipped I was contacted again at which time I realised that I had ordered the wrong sizes in error. I let them know as soon as I could although I thought I was too late, but to my surprise they stopped the original order and sent my correct size garments. Needless to say I am extremely impressed with the service and will shop here again.
